A company holiday party gives people a chance to relax, reconnect, and celebrate the year. A photo booth can help make that happen—but the right choice depends on the atmosphere you want, the space available, and what you want guests to take home.
At Magik Moments, we bring photo booth experiences to company parties across Vancouver, Surrey, and the Lower Mainland. Here’s how to choose one that fits your event.

For a big, interactive experience: Magik Mirror
The Magik Mirror makes the booth part of the entertainment. Guests step up to a full-length interactive mirror, pose together, and leave with a photo they can keep. It works especially well when you want a visible attraction that draws people in throughout the party.
Consider it for a gala, a large staff celebration, or an event where printed photos are a priority. The Magik Mirror includes an attendant to help guests and keep things moving.
For a flexible setup: Presto or Mystik
If your party is in a restaurant, hotel function room, or office, Presto and Mystik are worth considering. They offer a modern photo booth experience without making the booth the centrepiece of the room.
Choose your package based on what matters most to your guests: digital sharing, printed keepsakes, or both. We can also design a photo layout with your company name, logo, or holiday message, so each photo feels specific to your celebration.
For videos guests will want to share: 360 Abrakadabra
Our 360 Abrakadabra booth is a different kind of experience. Guests step onto the platform while a camera circles them to create a short video. It is a strong choice for a lively party where people are ready to dance, pose, and have fun with their colleagues.
It needs more room than a standard photo booth, so tell us about your venue before choosing it. We’ll help you check the space and guest flow.
For a polished black-and-white look: Glamour Booth
Some holiday parties call for a quieter, more elegant style. The Glamour Booth creates black-and-white portraits that suit a formal dinner, awards night, or upscale celebration. It’s a good fit when you want guests to leave with a photo they’ll be happy to display long after the event.
Want something unexpected? Ask about AI photos
An AI photo experience can turn a familiar holiday portrait into a themed image. Guests might appear in a winter scene, a playful ugly-sweater concept, or another look created for your event. It can be a fun option for a company that wants a custom experience tied to its theme.
If you have an idea, tell us what you’re imagining. We can talk through what will work for your guests and venue.
Three things to decide before you book
1. Prints or digital sharing? Decide whether you want guests to leave with a physical photo, receive an image on their phones, or have both. The options depend on the booth and package you choose.
2. Where will the booth go? A good spot is easy to find but leaves enough room for guests to gather without blocking dinner service or entrances. Let us know your venue and available space so we can recommend a suitable setup.
3. When will guests use it? Think about your event schedule. A booth can welcome guests during cocktails, give them something to do between dinner and dancing, or stay active during the busiest part of the party.
During November through January, our holiday bookings have a three-hour minimum. If you share your date, venue, approximate guest count, and party schedule, we’ll recommend the booth and service time that make sense for your event.
