I had no prior experience in what this entailed but they patiently helped me through the process and set up and what to expect.  I was nicely surprised how seamlessly it all came together and we have many cherished photo memories of the day.  Our guests had fun with all the props and the pictures turned our beautifully. Not only did Inder reply promptly, his communication with myself and the Principal was excellent/above and beyond. He answered all our questions and requests and provided all necessary details in a timely manner. The photobooth was a success and all the students left with a personalized keepsake. They were helpful and responsive from the start and even offered to create a custom overlay for me. I ended up using my own design, but they still went above and beyond to help adjust it so it fit their equipment perfectly. They patiently answered all my questions and were kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. On the night of the event they were also amazing, even coming back to help adjust something to ensure everything ran smoothly. All of my friends had so much fun with the booth and it was honestly one of the highlights of the night! I would definitely recommend them and would happily hire them again for future events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get copies of my event photos after the event?

Yes. After your event, you’ll receive a link to an online gallery where you can view and download your photos.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Your invoice will show the available payment methods and instructions for completing your payment securely.

What if I don’t want or need certain parts of the package?

We can help customize your package based on your chosen booth and event. Contact us to discuss which changes are available.

What if I book for a certain number of hours and need to add on hours during the event?

Additional time may be available at an extra cost, depending on booth and staff availability. Please ask us as early as possible.

I’m not sure how long to book for.

Three hours is our most popular rental length. Contact us and we’ll recommend the best service time based on your event schedule and guest count.

What if I paid the deposit and needed to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available event date within one year.

Are your props sanitized between each use?

We clean and sanitize our props regularly to help provide a safe and hygienic experience.

How much space does the booth take up?

Most photo booth setups require an 8×8 ft space, access to an electrical outlet within 15 ft, and a 6 ft table for props and the printer. Some booths or backdrops may need more space depending on the setup.

What do you need from us at the venue?

We need access to power, a 6 ft table for props and the printer, enough space for the booth and backdrop, and a point of contact on-site. Wi-Fi is helpful for instant sharing, but we can discuss options if venue Wi-Fi is not available.

What areas do you cover?

We proudly provides photo booth rentals across the Lower Mainland and beyond, including:
Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Abbotsford, Whistler, Squamish, Chilliwack, Hope, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Port Moody, Tsawwassen, Delta, Fort Langley, and White Rock. We also service Vancouver Island and Whistler for an additional travel fee.

How much notice do you need before an event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Saturdays and holiday events. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

How much deposit do I need to pay to hold my booking?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
