Do I get copies of my event photos after the event?

YES! Absolutely! We will email all photos to you after your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ALL forms of payment. Once you receive an invoice from us, you can choose from any payment option that is convenient for you.

What if I don’t want or need certain parts of the package?

No problem, give us a head’s up and we can make the necessary changes for you.

What if I book for a certain number of hours and need to add on hours during the event?

We got you covered! We will find you or a point of contact and let you know we are shutting down soon and also ask if you would like to extend the service for an additional cost.

I’m not sure how long to book for.

Our most popular booking is 3 hours. However, if you are unsure of what your event would require, give us a call and we can get you the best rental for your needs.

What if I paid the deposit and needed to cancel?

No problem! We will honor your deposit for ANY future date, ANY future event, no limitations or restrictions. You could also transfer your deposit to a friend or family member to have them use it towards their event.

Are your props sanitized between each use?

We strive for the safest and healthiest experience possible. Our goal is to sanitize props between each and every use.

How much space does the booth take up?

We would need about 8 feet by 8 feet but more is better and we have also made do with less!

What do you need from us at the venue?

We would need access to a power outlet, a table for props / printer, a chair for our attendant as well as access to a Wi-Fi connection if possible.

What areas do you cover?

We attend events all over the lower mainland. We also service Vancouver Island and Whistler for an additional travel fee.

How much notice do you need before an event?

Ideally, we would like at least one week’s notice. However, if you have a last-minute booking, we can make it work!

A deposit of 50% holds your date for you and full payment is required 7 days before your event date.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Reached out to Magik Moments in a pinch to have a photobooth vendor at my son’s grade 7 school graduation party. Not only did Inder reply promptly, his communication with myself and the Principal was excellent/above and beyond. He answered all our questions and requests and provided all necessary details in a timely manner. The photobooth was a success and all the students left with a personalized keepsake. Don’t hesitate to hire this vendor. You won’t be disappointed!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Magik Moments for my recent birthday party and they were fantastic! They were helpful and responsive from the start and even offered to create a custom overlay for me. I ended up using my own design, but they still went above and beyond to help adjust it so it fit their equipment perfectly. They patiently answered all my questions and were kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process.

On the night of the event they were also amazing, even coming back to help adjust something to ensure everything ran smoothly. All of my friends had so much fun with the booth and it was honestly one of the highlights of the night!

I would definitely recommend them and would happily hire them again for future events.

Wedding Photo Booth FAQ

Is an attendant included?

Yes! Every wedding photo booth rental includes a professional Magik Moments attendant to set up the booth, assist your guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you've secured your venue and wedding date. Popular weekends during spring and summer often book several months in advance.

Can we customize the photo template?

Absolutely! Every wedding includes a custom-designed photo template featuring your names, wedding date, colours, or monogram to match your celebration.

Do guests receive their photos instantly?

Yes! Depending on your booth selection, guests can receive instant prints as well as digital copies by text message, email, QR code, AirDrop, or WhatsApp.

How much space does the photo booth require?

Most booths require approximately an 8' × 8' space with access to a standard electrical outlet within 15 feet. If space is limited, let us know and we'll recommend the best booth for your venue.

How long does setup take?

Our team arrives approximately 45–60 minutes before your rental begins to complete setup and testing. We also handle teardown after your event, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Can the photo booth be used outdoors?

Yes! Outdoor setups are possible in suitable weather. If rain or strong winds are expected, the booth must be placed under cover or moved indoors to protect the equipment.

What happens if something goes wrong during the event?

Our experienced attendants monitor the booth throughout your event and carry backup supplies to keep everything running smoothly. You can relax knowing we've got everything covered.

Do you travel outside Vancouver?

Yes! We provide wedding photo booth rentals throughout Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Maple Ridge, and surrounding communities.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

Simply contact us to confirm availability. Once you're ready to book, a 50% deposit secures your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

Still Have Questions?

Our team is happy to help you choose the perfect photo booth for your wedding.
